Very friendly staff.
Location.
This hotel has seen better days but our room was clean and the staff was very pleasant. We were in Cincinnati to attend a concert at Riverbend and really only needed a place to sleep. The common areas and elevators need some attention. We did not try the breakfast. Although we did not use the pool, it appeared to be clean and well-maintained. The office staff was friendly and helpful. The room, given its age, was clean and fairly well kept.
The location was less than desirable. And the building "felt" old.
